Delivery Explained

We use different trusted couriers for our different sized luxury products, we have chosen each courier based on their quality and service that they can provide you, our most valued customer.

We will do our best to deliver all your items on the same day. Please refer to the delivery sections below.

Mattress Delivery Time Frame

You will receive your mattress delivery date within 10 business days.

We aim to fulfil delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

If you prefer a date after 10 business days of your order being placed, just let us know and we will endeavour to deliver on a date that is preferable for you.

Please note that if you live in a beautiful but remote area, delivery times will vary and may take slightly longer.

Bedframe Delivery Time Frame:

The Salus Ottoman Bed has a 3-6 weeks lead time. This level of craftsmanship is worth the wait.

Bedframe and Mattress Time Frame:

If you have purchased a Bed + Mattress Bundle, we will deliver both products together. Please note that the Salus Ottoman Bed is on a 3-6 week lead time.

Mattress and Bed Frame Notification

The day before delivery you will receive an email or text advising you of a delivery slot.

The day of delivery you will receive your confirmed booking slot.

Up to 1 hour before delivery you will receive a call from our courier company. Please note that you will need to sign for your mattress and bed frame.

Bedding Delivery Time Frame (Pillows, Duvet, Mattress Protector, Pillow Protector)

If you order a mattress and bedding, we aim to deliver all items on your delivery date.

The delivery time frame for a bedding order is within 5 business days.

Bedding Notification:

You will be notified by text by the courier with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.

Delivery Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfil deliveries outside mainland UK.

*Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Delivery Address Change

We will do our best to assist you with your address change. Please note that you order might have been dispatched before we can change your address. Email us on sales@brookandwilde.com.

Failed Delivery On The First Attempt

If the delivery team have confirmed a date with you and they attempt fulfil this delivery and no one is available as a recipient, there is a £30 charge for re-arranging a 2nd delivery date with our 2-man delivery service.
