Delivery

 

Introduction

We use different trusted couriers for our different sized luxury products, we have chosen each courier based on their quality and service that they can provide you, our most valued customer.

We will do our best to deliver all your items on the same day. Please refer to the delivery sections below.

Mattresses

We aim to deliver Lux Mattresses within 7 to 10 business days, with a delivery date confirmed within 8 business days. If you prefer a date after 10 business days of your order being placed, just let us know and we will endeavour to deliver on a date that is preferable for you.

For Elite Mattresses, we aim to deliver your mattress within 16-21 days. We trust you’ll agree it’s worth the extra wait. An exact dates will be confirmed within 16 business days. If you would rather we delivered your mattress later than this, please let us know after placing your order and we will endeavour to do so.

Beds

Brook + Wilde Beds are made to order and take approximately 3-6 weeks to be manufactured. Once your bed has been quality checked, the courier will be in touch with you to discuss a delivery date.

Maybe our process takes a little longer than some others, but this level of craftsmanship is worth the wait. You can always get in touch with our customer care team at any time to check the status of your order.

Mattress + Bed

If you have purchased both a mattress and a bed, we will deliver both products together. Please note that Brook + Wilde Beds are made to order and take 3-6 weeks to be manufactured.

Bedding

We aim to deliver bedding orders within 5 business days.

If you ordered a mattress with your bedding, your items will be delivered together based upon the mattress delivery timescales above.

Courier Notifications

For mattress or bed orders you will receive an email or text advising you of a time slot the day before delivery. The day of delivery you will receive an additional message confirming your time slot.

Up to 1 hour before delivery you will receive a call from our courier company. Please note that you will need to sign for your delivery.

For all bedding orders, you will be notified by text by the courier with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.

Restrictions

Unfortunately, we are not able to fulfil deliveries outside mainland UK.

Please allow additional time for deliveries over bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Address Changes

We will do our best to assist you with your address change. Please note that you order might have been dispatched before we can change your address. Email us on sales@brookandwilde.com.

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive delivery on the confirmed delivery date there is a £30 charge for re-arranging a 2nd delivery date with our 2-man delivery service.
