As our Lux is only made with a medium comfort feel, the option to upgrade to another mattress and change the comfort feel should you wish to do so, is available for an additional fee.
If you find your mattress too soft or too firm, we will endeavour to switch it to a different comfort level with our ‘Comfort Trial Promise’ refund you what you paid for your mattress
